Billing
Following your emergency room visit you will receive a bill from Sandhills Emergency Physicians, PA for the professional services rendered by the physician and/or midlevel provider involved in your care.  Depending on where you received care, FirstHealth will bill you separately for their services and you may also receive a separate bill from other physicians involved in your care at a FirstHealth Moore Regional Hosptial or FirstHealth Montgomery Memorial Hospital or FirstHealth  Richmond Memorial Hospital. Sandhills Emergency Physicians, PA utilizes the services of McKesson for its billing service.For billing inquiries contact McKesson between 9:00am – 4:00pm EST Monday through Friday:

If your emergency room visit was at FirstHealth and your account is delinquent, then it has been referred to our collection agency, AmeriFinancial Solutions, LLC.  For collection inquiries contact AmeriFinancial Solutions between 8:30am – 9:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-1:00pm  Saturday.

Request Medical Records

Patients requesting a copy of their medical record, including their emergency record, should contact the Medical Records Department at FirstHealth.  If you visited a FirstHealth facility, please call (910) 715-1000 and ask for medical records.

Billing statements may be obtained by contacting the appropriate billing service.
